Are you an idiot employee?

Does the headline to this post make you angry?

Kind of inflammatory isn’t it?

Well, simmer down for a second and try to absorb the following information so you understand what I mean. I had to do something to wake you up,  get your attention and get your blood pumping so we can make some positive progress. You read these posts because you want help and because you want to improve your lives. Sometimes help comes in the form of a frying pan upside the head.

First, let me set the record straight. If you are presently an employee of a company, I don’t think you are an idiot. Not yet, anyway. Not until you prove to me that you are through inaction. If, however, after reading this post you don’t take some positive action, I will………..and arguably, regardless of what I think, you will be. And any millionaire speaking honestly will tell you that you are, though maybe not quite so bluntly, unless, of course, you happen to be their idiot employee, in which case, they will keep you on the ether so they can squeeze money out of your blood, sweat and tears.

So you don’t misunderstand, from the age of 14 to 35, I was someone else’s idiot employee. That’s 21 years! That’s just over half of my life!

So, like many of you, I was an idiot employee for a very long period of time. All of my teen years except one and most of my adult life.

So, why do I think employees are idiots and destined to have bad credit?

Consider the following facts about being an idiot employee:

F act:  You can NEVER become wealthy working for someone else. Don’t think so? Being a wealthy employee is an oxymoron. How many wealthy idiots employees do you know?

You can NEVER get wealthy working for someone else!

F act:  You are an economic slave or economic indentured servant. Don’t think so? I beg to differ. You don’t control your time, schedule, daily location, activities or income. Your master employer does.

F act:  You only make money while you are working, never while you are playing with your kids, sleeping, enjoying a latte at Starbucks, sitting on the beach, etc. Wouldn’t you like to earn money while you WEREN’T working? You can, you know. We do and you can, too. It is an incredible feeling.

F act:  You have no control over your income unless you are commissioned or incenitivized with a bonus structure and even then, your income has a ceiling. Not too smart especially when with a little effort in the right direction, you could make as much money as you want, have access to a global customer base and earn money 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

F act:  You have to get at least a 10% pay raise EVERY year (and sometimes a lot more) just to keep up with inflation. Every time there is a rise in the cost of  food, gas, pharmaceuticals, entertainment, etc., your quality of life just went down because your income didn’t increase to match the additional expense. Did you get a 10% pay increase this year in this economy? Didn’t think so.

F act:  If you are an idiot employee, You are a mouse on a wheel, working the grind to get a paycheck, to hopefully put enough money in your 401k (which is sitting there waiting to get ransacked by Wall Street again) to subsidize the Social Security check that you know won’t be waiting for you when you retire to hopefully live long enough to reach the ever increasing retirement age to start drawing it. Doesn’t sound too fun, does it?

F act:  You are going to be laid off. Soon. Your employer is working to find your replacement right now. It is only a matter of time before technology or laws enable your job to be outsourced to China, India, The Philippines, Pakistan, etc., where someone will do your job twice as good as you for one third to one tenth of your paycheck. Don’t believe it? I’ve done it. Reply to me in the comment box below with your job and unless it is a manual service based job that requires a physical presence, I will have you replaced by this time tomorrow with someone from another country who will do your job better than you do and for a lot less money. And your employer will love me for it because he or she won’t have to pay FICA, workers comp, insurance, bonuses, unemployment compensation, health benefits, etc. Starting to get the picture? I replace myself all the time and at every opportunity with people smarter, faster, more experienced and more capable.

F act:  Idiot Employees hate their jobs and don’t give it a 100% at work (because they hate working for someone else) and would rather be doing their own thing . How do I know this? Simple, thanks to Big Brother technology, I can identify the exact location of where each of you reading this post are geographically anywhere in the world and I can prove that many of you are surfing our sites while you are at work getting paid by your employer to do something else. As an example to show you how this works, several years ago I had a lady complete and submit one of our applications. The application told me where she worked. Since this was mid-morning during the work week, I decided to test my theory that she was at work, while her employer was paying her to do a job, surfing my website, paying me money (God Bless Her!) and submitting an application so we could do business and I would make even more money (God Bless Her, again!).  Her application indicated that she worked at Emory University’s Healthcare Facility. So, using our Big Brother technology, I pulled up the IP address that she was at when she was on our website, got the longitude and latitude coordinates of the exact location of her computer, put them into Google Earth and was able to tell her, much to her shock, that her office was on the southside of the building, corner office and she had a nice window view. All within about two minutes of her being on the site. And I thanked her for surfing our website (while at work ;) ). C’mon, tell the truth. Are you reading this at work while your employer is paying you to do a job? Honestly, wouldn’t you rather be doing your own thing? Why play someone by someone else’s rules in someone else’s game in someone else’s ball park when you can create your own game with your rules and your ballpark?

F act:  You will have bad credit in the future (if you remain an idiot employee). The reason for this is simple, elegant and believe it or not, intentionally designed as part of the bigger plan. Whether through layoff, firing, downsizing, outsourcing, death, divorce, disability or getting hurt on the job, there will be an interruption in your cash flow (paycheck). This cash flow interruption will cause stress and juggling of finances while working to find another job or rehabilitate your injury. Cash flow interruptions are the #1 cause of bad credit because they create an inability to pay your bills timely. What did I mean when I said it was part of the  intentionally designed bigger plan? Did it never strike you as odd that as intelligent as lenders are, they never developed a payment methodology that would actually allow you to pay your bills ahead instead of requiring a payment every month, month after month? This is by design, you see, people with bad credit are cash cows because they can be charged higher interest rates and fees. As such, lenders want to ensure that they have a constant flow of borrowers with bad credit. Instead, they offer you moronic products like “Credit Account Protector”  (CAP) where you get to pay them a monthly additional fee so that if disaster strikes, in theory, you can skip a payment or two. Even with these “products”, the reality is that you are going to have derogatory items added to your credit report. Why is this? Credit Account Protector products are insurance products. Insurance companies don’t make money by paying out claims. They make money by NOT paying out claims. As such, if you try to access the insurance when you need it, you will get to fight the battle of your life to get them to pay. Been there, done that. Humongous waste of time. There are better alternatives that don’t cost anything that we discuss in our video training. If you haven’t signed up yet, you can here: Step By Step Video Training for Credit Repair

F act:  As an idiot employee, your paychecks get taxed first, you then get to spend what’s left over on your expenses. In other words, your “government” has said to you, “Idiot Employee, you work, we will take what we want from your paycheck and you can have the rest!”. Your employer on the other hand, pays all of his expenses first and then gets taxed on the smaller amount he has left, and even then at most only once per quarter, not every two weeks. Your “government” has told your employer, ” Employer, make your money, go ahead and pay all of your bills and we will tax you on what you have left”. Not hard to figure out who gets the better end of this deal.

Still think being an idiot employee is a great idea?

Ok, enough of the negativity. I can go on all day with example after example of why being an employee is synonymous with being an idiot and why it has no place in your life if you want health, wealth, happiness, prosperity, great credit and the freedom of time, schedule, location and activity.

So, where am I going with this?

Don’t be an idiot!

Everyone always wants to know what the number one key is to permanent credit restoration to never have bad credit again. The answer is simple and something you will not find in any other credit restoration website, program or course…..and it is simply this, the key is to create multiple streams of income and multiple streams of Internet income so that you never have to worry about a cash flow interruption again that would cause you to not pay your bills on time. Fortunately, this means that your time as an idiot employee playing by someone else’s rules is limited.

Insanity has been defined as doing the same thing repeatedly while expecting a different result. In other words, continuously hitting your head against a concrete wall with the expectation that it isn’t going to continue to hurt each time you do it. Or, put another way, you have had good credit before, then something happened and you got bad credit. So now, you are working to get good credit again BUT, did you stop to consider what it was going to take to change the equation so you didn’t end up with bad credit again? If you aren’t working to become self sufficient with multiple streams of income and multiple streams of Internet income, bad credit is waiting for you down the road. It is unfortunately inevitable.

So, to combat this, you need to IMMEDIATELY start brainstorming on things that you love and things that you love doing. Once you have that information, we are going to show you how to monetize it (this means begin making money from it) so that you can eventually be generating multiple streams of income and multiple streams of Internet income. The idea here is to start working on this now so that eventually it overtakes your current income as an idiot employee and you can stop working for the Man and only work for yourself.

Why the Internet?

The Internet is the only medium that levels the playing field for the little guy (and little girl). You don’t have to have millions to setup a website and start generating money  immediately which means anyone with access to a computer and an Internet connection can do it. This means you!

You can get everything you need for free! That’s right, starting an Internet business doesn’t have to cost a dime.

The Internet reaches a global audience which means you can reach more customers than ANY brick and mortar based business.

The Internet works 24/7 which means that you can make money 24/7 days  a week (i.e., while you are sleeping, playing, watching movies, etc.)

You may be thinking, “but,Vincent, I don’t know anything about running a business or setting up websites”. You know what?  The good news is that no one was born with this knowledge and with the right assistance, you can learn it. There was a time when you didn’t now how to drive a car, or operate a computer, but somehow, amazingly, you learned. You don’t have to go to school to get a computer science degree to put up and run websites. I didn’t. I learned it all myself from free resources on the Internet. It is actually a lot easier than you think. The good news is that most people think it is hard so they don’t even attempt it. This leaves the door wide open to you to get ahead of the rest of the idiot employees. You may be thinking, “but, Vincent, I love my job!”. Really? Would you do it for free? No? Didn’t think so. Then you don’t love it.

Think about this for a second. How nice would it be to make money while you sleep? Sound impossible? I do everyday thanks to the Internet. And you can, too.

The best part is, unlike me when I started, you will have someone to help you get going and avoid a lot of time wasting and expensive mistakes.

Imagine getting paid while you sleep for something you love to do. Let it sink it. It is possible. Lots of people do it. Will you be next?

For those of you who are really ready to change your lives for the better, I am going to give you a leg up. I am going to show you how you, too, can easily get setup with your own website(s) that will generate additional income for you. No, this isn’t some get rich quick scheme. This is real life brass tacks information to help get you going so you can eventually stop being an idiot employee and control your own destiny.

Oh, and so you don’t think I was picking on you, our next post will be on Why Employers Are Idiots & Destined For Bad Credit ;) to be followed up by Why You Don’t Want To Be An Idiot Employee OR An Idiot Employer. I have been both. No thanks!

In the best selling books, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kyosaki and “The Four Hour Work Week” by Timothy Ferriss, both authors explain why you don’t want to be an employee or an employer and how to create multi-million dollar businesses without a brick and mortar presence and low overhead by leveraging technology and outsourcing. You need to understand this information so you can break the chains of bondage created by being an employee and an employer.

Don’t forget to join us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter for your free jumpstart video!

In the prior post, I began responding to the questions asked by one of our readers at FinanceTheDream.com. The questions Candace asked were:

1. What happens to the credit score when debt validation letters and the pay for delete process is used?
2. When derogatory items are removed, does your credit score go up or down?
3. When derogatory items are removed, does it show that I have a shorter time length of credit history?
4. Can I get paid collection accounts removed?
5. How Do I get the account numbers from the collection agency without admitting the debt?
6. How long will it take for my score to improve?

Questions 1 & 2 were answered in How Do I Clean Up My Credit Report?
Questions 3 & 4 were answered in How Do I Clean Up My Credit Report Part 2?

Now, we are going to address questions 5 & 6.

Q: How Do I get the account numbers from the collection agency without admitting the debt?

A: First, getting an account number on a collection account does not have anything to do with “admitting the debt”. Second, there are a number of ways to get the account number. The easiest is to pull the information directly from your Equifax Credit Watch Gold with 3-in-1 Monitoring account. This way, you don’t have to deal with a nasty collector on the phone. By law, collection agencies are required to send you notification up front about their intent to collect a debt. This letter will contain information on the original creditor, the account number, the balance owed, ways to make payment and your ability to dispute the collection within 30 days before collection efforts start or the collection is reported to the collection agency.

Let’s assume you threw that letter away and don’t have it. Traditionally, collection agencies will engage in massive deforestation efforts and bombard you with letters and envelopes referencing the collection. All documentation from a collection agency will have the account number on it.

What I personally do is use the information provided through myEquifax Credit Watch Gold with 3-in-1 Monitoring account. In this way, I don’t deal with collectors and I get accurate information. The collection agencies are required to provide this to Equifax when they report an account. Additionally, you can use the debt validation method. Collection agencies are required to provide you this information. You can learn more about the debt validation method by watching our #1 Secret To Credit Repair.

Q: How long will it take for my score to improve?

A: There are many answers to this question because there are so many variables. The short answer is today, tomorrow, a week from now, a month from now, several months from now, never. Another great answer, huh?

Ok, here’s the deal, it depends on what you are doing. If you are getting derogatory accounts removed, the answer is as soon as the derogatory account is removed. If you are talking about paying off a loan or credit card, the answer is that it will improve when the creditor posts it to your credit report. If you are talking about a Rapid Re-Score, the answer is from a few hours to 96 hours generally speaking. The best way to know when you score will improve is to use Equifax Score Watch. This service enables you to run multiple scenarios and different simulations based on YOUR actual credit report. There is no better gauge as to the impact of your credit restoration efforts than Equifax Score Watch. You simply cannot affect the fastest possible score increase without it or know how to prioritize your efforts otherwise. As a result, you can waste a lot of time, spin your wheels and get extremely frustrated. If you want to handle credit restoration like a pro, you got use what the pros use. If you are serious about credit restoration, you have to have:

Equifax Credit Watch Gold with 3-in-1 Monitoring

and

Equifax Score Watch

and, obviously, a subscription membership to Credit Repair College so you can see our step by step videos on how to handle every aspect of credit restoration.

otherwise, you are wasting time and money. ;)
